A great little dive! We ended up here by accident after other plans fell through. We decided to try the birria assuming it would be beef, but were delighted to be asked "beef or chivo?" Chivo, please, and it was LEGIT. Super tender and rich, with consommé of subtle and cumulative heat. The rice, beans, and flour tortillas were all good, though not exciting. Huge portions. Very friendly and competent staff who speak Spanish and English. We also got a delicious torta de lengua on a very soft roll. The French fries that came with the torta were not worth eating, but who cares? Don't come here for the fries. Come for the birria de chivo and leave happy.

One of my go to taco spots! Their carnitas is sooooo bomb! The meat is tender while the exterior is crispy and crunchy. They also offer a variety of aqua frescas: tamarind, melon, guava, jamaica, horchata, and pineapple. The horchata and pineapple are my fave! Their tacos also vary in price depending on the meat, but it starts at $2.75 and I believe the most expensive is a birria taco at $4.

The container held three enchiladas with chicken, asada, and cheese flavors! I couldn't resist - I opened it and dug in without taking photos. I was so excited! And, don't forget to order the chips and sauce!

I love this place! Excellent customer service. Everyone is super nice. The food is so delicious. I love the tacos dorados. The place is very clean and organized. The salsa stand is super clean as well. Definitely recommend!

Paisano is nothing fancy. It's decor is, "what decor". Just a blue collar taco joint for hard working people and their families. What it lacks in decor it makes up for in food quality and flavor. I love this place. I've come here for years and never been disappointed. I think you'll love it too.

Placed a phone order about 15 minutes prior to pickup. Ordered the following: Tripa tacos Asada taco Asada burrito Bean and cheese burrito Everything was good, but greasy! Definitely got food coma afterwards. They had a self serve salsa and condiments bar.
